Blister packaging inquiry proofing warm tips
RFQ (Quotation requirements): Your products length, width, height, material used and material thickness (material thickness is not equal to the thickness of the product) and a clear picture of the sample, and the required quantity needed.
Design requirements: Our company can design this packaging for you free of charge, but you need to provide packaged product, as well as your requirements of blister packaging, such as "shockproof, anti-scratch, anti-drop, aesthetics, display capability and so on

Sample and mold charge standard:
Gypsum mold (sample mold) : only for proofing, sample cost $80; Advantages low cost, fast speed, the disadvantage is that the mold is fragile, can only withstand 5-6 samples and then be scrapped (Not for bulk production)

Aluminium mold, is a product of high precision mould, first of all, through the engineering drawing, 3 D simulation and then use CNC according to the drawing for mold production, the mold precision is high, high appearance, durable, commonly used in some large, size required is higher, the outline is clear from forming dies, the cost is higher, generally aluminum mold cost is about $1000-$2000.
Commitment after collecting sample fee:
1. We will refund the sample fee and mold fee (copper mold) to the customer when the total payment for a single product reaches $2000(6 months later), and the aluminum film fee reaches $20,000 (6 months later).
